Before You Start – Plate Preparation Guide

Freeze the Plate
Place the ice cream roll plate upside down in the freezer for at least 12 hours at a temperature of –18°C or lower.
Do not shorten this time.
A fully frozen plate ensures the mixture freezes instantly and rolls cleanly. -
Safety Tips (Important ⚠️)
The plate becomes extremely cold (–18°C).
• Never touch the plate with wet hands.
• Wet skin can stick to very cold metal and cause cold burns.
• Always dry hands completely before handling.For children:
• Adult supervision is required.
• Children should not touch the frozen surface directly.
• Use the spatulas provided instead of hands. -
Best Results Tips
• Chill your cream mixture in the fridge before use.
• Avoid adding too much liquid (fruit juices, soda, etc.).
• Work in a cool environment for better texture.
• Clean the plate only after it returns to room temperature.
Classic Strawberry Cream Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 60 g fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 2 g vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix cream, condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Pour onto frozen plate.
- Add strawberries and chop while mixing.
- Spread thinly.
- Scrape into rolls.
Oreo Cookies & Cream Roll
Ingredients:
120 g heavy cream
60 g condensed milk
30 g crushed Oreo cookies
2 g vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix cream and condensed milk.
- Pour onto plate.
- Add crushed Oreos.
- Chop and mix evenly.
- Spread thin and roll.
Chocolate Lover Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 12 g cocoa powder
- 25 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix cream, condensed milk, and cocoa.
- Pour onto plate.
- Add chocolate chips and chop.
- Spread thin.
- Roll tightly.
Banana Nutella Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 50 g banana (sliced)
- 20 g Nutella
Instructions:
- Mix cream and condensed milk.
- Pour onto plate.
- Add banana and Nutella.
- Chop and mix.
- Spread and roll.
Matcha Green Tea Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 3–4 g matcha powder
Instructions:
- Mix cream, condensed milk, and matcha.
- Pour onto plate.
- Spread evenly.
- Scrape into rolls.
Mango Tropical Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 70 g mango (fresh or frozen)
- 8 g shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Mix base.
- Add mango on plate.
- Chop and blend.
- Sprinkle coconut.
- Spread and roll.
Peanut Butter chocolate Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 20 g peanut butter
- 15 g chocolate syrup
Instructions:
- Mix cream and condensed milk.
- Add peanut butter on plate.
- Chop and blend.
- Add chocolate syrup.
- Spread and roll.
Coffee Caramel Roll
Ingredients:
- 120 g heavy cream
- 60 g condensed milk
- 2–3 g instant coffee
- 20 g caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Dissolve coffee in a small amount of warm cream.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour onto plate.
- Spread thin.
- Roll and drizzle caramel.

- 2 g vanilla extract
- 25 g vanilla cake (crumbled)
- 5 g sprinkles
